While the OGaT world becomes more and more unstable with the riots and protests, the S.C.P. (Secur. Protec. Contain) Foundation has been reporting anomalies of thieves phasing in and out of existence. These anomalous objects have only been reported to the highest OGaT Government officials. But with some undercover agents, we have been able to report these anomalous objects.
These anomalies appear to be quite common. After doing the math, we can safely say that these events happen approximately 1/32 times. These anomalies can resemble any thief, with the majority resembling Juggernauts and Saboteurs. It is also possible for them to look like Shadows, Mercs, and Cobras, though they rarely take the form of Medics. The most recent case shows a Guard being killed by a Juggernaut-like creature through the vent (see the top picture).
The S.C.P. Foundation has been attempting to suppress this incident from the public. They are containing the area where, what they call 4088, was spotted. The Guard was later identified as "a very rare succ." The anomaly, dressed as a Juggernaut, was never seen again.
The OGaT Government is paying significant Web Moneys to the S.C.P. Foundation. This discovery has caused them more stress than ever before. There have been approximately 1000 incident reports of these anomalies. Only a few Guards have managed to kill these anomalies. We have managed to get a short answer from IFluffySheep, one of the pro players who has managed to kill the anomalies: "Ye, I saw that boi before I shot him. He was a [Milk] Jugg. After a few seconds he dissipated. He was too noob for me. EZ GG." To this day, these anomalies have been reported all across the OGaT world.
